If you do not have insurance coverage, or I am not billing your insurance company, I appreciate your payment in full at the time of service. I accept cash and checks. Insurance co-pay and/or dispensary items are due at the time of service. I will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, however I cannot negotiate disputed claims. It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to resolve lack of payment issues. Finance charges are applied to all unpaid balances after 90 days.
