Individual insurance plans vary. Before scheduling an appointment I recommend looking at your personal insurance plan to ensure acupuncture is covered.
If you do not have insurance coverage, or I am not billing your insurance company, I appreciate your payment in full at the time of service. I accept cash and checks. Insurance co-pay and/or dispensary items are due at the time of service. I will bill your insurance company as a courtesy, however I cannot negotiate disputed claims. It is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance company to resolve lack of payment issues. Finance charges are applied to all unpaid balances after 90 days.

Thank you for understanding that we have limited time slots to fill and in order to run a successful business we find it necessary to require 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being billed the full amount for the session.
